For New Patients
If you are a new patient, your first appointment at Macquarie Dental will involve a consultation with one of our dentists. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and establish your oral health history in preparation for your appointment.
Your First Appointment
During your first appointment with Macquarie Dental, we’ll ensure you’ve completed our New Patient Form, which you can find below, and check that all the information you’ve provided is correct.
You will then be introduced to your dentist and be brought in for your routine check-up and clean, or to discuss the planning of another treatment you’re considering.
Don’t forget to bring your necessary insurance cards and your preferred payment method.
